If you see that hay has started to be baled, you know you probably have 3-4 dry days ahead.

Why I relearned to love Tai Chi
In my 30's my friend Greg B. and I enrolled in a Taoist tai chi program and learned all 108 moves from Master Moy Lin-Shin.
Life got very busy and I eventually dropped my daily practice of tai chi.
Fast forward to my 50's when I worked in Bejing on and off for a year, I would notice men and women who would gather in loose formation, and begin to move with slow thoughtful deliberation in unison.Their actions combined to achieve a meditative dance.
I recently reactivated my interest in tai chi to achieve
strength (without having to use any other apparatus)
balance (necessary as we age)
another form of meditation.
and most important memory (108 moves)
