Being outdoors ,enjoying the suns rays and seeing a sunset are good for your Physical and Mental Health.

Being "attuned" to the natural beauty of sunsets can improve a person's emotional wellbeing, according to a study from the University of California at Berkely.

Bobby has been taking sunsets photos from his home in Lake Eugenia, Ontario since 2018 to add to his "Tool Box" with his mental health. With over 1500 followers they are now also Sunset Aficionados enjoying the sunsets many benefits
